Softbank vision fund is in talks to lead a $100 million financing round in whatfix a software-as-a service based digital adoption startup with offices in San Jose in Bengaluru. This is the Japanese firms second bet on the buzzy enterprise technology space after mind tickle.
Sources indicated that the latest funding values of the company around $ 500 million up to $150 million when it was found a year ago. Softbank has put in term sheet and is about to shut close the transaction soon. Another person familiar with the matter said that it’s a highly competitive round with other investors also having shown interest .
