In his first tip, Musk recommends getting rid of large meetings if they do not serve the purpose. Unless large meetings are expressly serving the purpose for which they were intended and that too in a short time span, they should be skipped. Next, he advised not to hold meetings too frequently, unless for a very urgent matter.

Musk suggests to leave a meeting if it is of no use for you there. He adds not to use acronyms or “nonsense words” that others don’t understand. This could help save everyone’s time. In his fifth tip, Musk wants to take the shortest commute to get things done. The chain of command can be ignored for this.

“‘A major source of issues is poor communication between departments.” The solution to this is to allow free flow of communication among all the levels in a department. Lastly, urges all to use their common sense as their guide.
